Responsible for providing electrical support for all manufacturing lines.  Engineer needs to understand PLC programming, automation and test fixture design.  Engineer needs to develop a deep knowledge of Bruno’s product line to assist with troubleshooting.  Engineer will be responsible for training workers in new processes and periodic refresher training.  Lastly, Engineer will work closely with QA to meet the requirements for calibration and verification of tools and processes. 

The responsibility of a Team Captain is to assist in meeting daily targeted goals as outlined by the Team Leader.  Coordinate the daily operations through assigning, monitoring and reviewing accuracy of team members’ work and providing technical guidance.  Approximately 70% of time will be spent performing assembler duties.  Team captains will lead and direct a team of two or more teammembers.
