Deliver annual sales plan through leadership of all sales and training efforts with dealers, key channel partners, Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) hospitals, local & regional rehabilitation centers, occupational & physical therapy training centers, hospitals, senior centers, home care service organizations and all related target markets related to aging-in-place, home accessibility and mobility.
In conjunction with other members of the Sales team, build annual market development and dealer account plans, regularly measure, review and adjust as needed. Create and manage best practices, forecasts and budgets. Regular travel required.
