Oversees daily operations within the machining, press brakes, laser, and saw work areas to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role is responsible for planning and prioritizing work orders, coordinating labor and equipment resources, and ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, production schedules, and quality standards. The supervisor leads, trains, and supports production staff, driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, the position collaborates closely with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve issues, optimize workflow, and meet customer delivery expectations. The supervisor is also responsible for supporting company policies and implement corrective actions.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in business or related field and 2 years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in supervising personnel is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in a machining or fabricating environment is required.
