Overview

Provide assistance for the engineering department by assembling prototypes, functional testing of products and taking measurement of vehicles. Pick up and drop off  needed parts and vehicles for engineering, applications and purchasing.  Assist with preparation of shows along with representing Bruno in our community and to our end users.

Responsibilities

  • Good driving skills for non-commercial vehicles and comfortable withdriving a Box Trucks up to 26 ft. in length a plus.
  • Pick-up and drop-off vehicles and occasional equipment transportation with a pick-up and on Trailer [may require travel to MI, IL, MN, IA]
  • Present and represent Bruno to the dealers, vendors and customers during pick -up and drop-offs
  • Take simple vehicle measurements in the field [will require using simple hand measuring tools accurately; Bruno will train]
  • Assist in getting vehicles ready for shows, scheduled maintenance, and inspections
  • Operate Bruno and competitive equipment during functional testing at the direction of Engineering personnel
  • Light assembly or disassembly of prototypes, competitor’s units, and miscellaneous equipment
  • Communicate issues and give operational feedback to Engineering personnel

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid driver's license and mobile phone for texting and communications.
  • Looking for multiple people who are willing to work flexible time schedules up to 20/hrs. per week. Willing to be flexible.
  • Confident with use of hand power tools.
  • Able to lift 25 to 30 lbs.
  • Able to make observations and measurements on vehicles; requires bending down to look underneath vehicle
  • Willing to travel with notice within 300 mile radius of Oconomowoc
  • Forklift experience a plus
  • Good communication skills
