We are looking for a Transformational Leader to serve as a mentor and guide to the team of Production Team Leaders who support our 100 + Fabrication/Welding professionals. This high impact role will focus on achieving organizational goals and objectives including advancing integration of robotic welding in the operation.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in related field with broad technical and leadership experience in a production manufacturing environment with a significant fabrication/welding component, plus a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience required. Candidate should have familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Certified weld inspector (CWI); welding supervisor certification (WSC); experience with lean manufacturing and Kanban a plus.
This strong leader will possess the desire to collaborate with other leaders within the company, to drive process improvements and organizational growth. This individual will have proven expertise in resource planning and successfully identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. Additionally this position requires an individual that demonstrates a leadership style that is confident and motivating, yet flexible and collaborative, possessing the ability to prioritize and communicate effectively with well-reasoned, and creative thought.
