This individual will be the primary point of contact in the IT department for users having issues with computer hardware, printers, handhelds, tablets or other telecommunication equipment. This individual will set up and maintain desktops, laptops, tablets, handhelds and other IT related equipment.

Technologies (Hardware/Software) include: Dell desktops, laptops, tablets, HP printers, scanners, Xerox multi-function devices, virus protection software, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Windows 7/10.
