Position Summary and Purpose:  Support achievement of domestic and international sales plan by maximizing sales with the dealer channel through ownership of small to mid-sized accounts and support of Field Sales Executive and Strategic Account Manager team.  This position will drive a pro-active approach to specific, consistent, daily outreach for each owned dealer, identify key opportunities, needs and approaches within each dealer and help facilitate and coordinate a best in class partnership approach with each dealer.  Identify and execute sales process improvements and support Field Sales Executive and Strategic Account Manager Teams as required. 


This position will require significant interaction with our Field Sales Executive Team, Strategic Account Manager Team and Customer Relations department and will require an ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 


Essential Functions:

  • Be a critical member of team charged with delivery of sales plan. 
  • Identify new sales opportunities, ability to build a plan and execute critical tactics.
  • Build and manage dealer partner relationships. 
  • Adept at initiating and conducting critical conversations with internal and external customers. 
  • Ability to successfully negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes for company and customer.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to easily connect and network with all types of customers and demographic groups, including veterans.
  • Ability to work effectively and build positive, results focused relationships with other internal departments.
  • Effective in utilizing technology to drive efficiency, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Epicor, Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce CRM) software and Adobe. 
  • Must be familiar with company products, product applications, prices and sales policies. 
  • Attend team meetings and company-scheduled training as requested.


Education and Experience:  Bachelor’s Degree preferred. At least 2 years sales experience or equivalent combination of experience. Spanish proficiency required.


Skills and Abilities:  Read, analyze, and interpret a variety of information, such as technical procedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulations furnished in written, oral or diagram form.  Create business-level written correspondence and verbally present information to internal and external customers. 


Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

  • Work out of Corporate Office. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, and touch; and talk and hear.
  • 10% travel including international. 
  • Valid Driver’s License & Passport required.
